Rainy Days and Pajamas

I know I haven't made a post in forever and honestly, I haven't been reading as much.  I just haven't been as interested as I normally am.  I'm also in the third trimester of my pregnancy and have a lot of things going on, so I don't have as much time to devote to certain things.  

Since I recently moved from Eastern Kentucky to Southern Louisiana and being so far into my pregnancy, there are a lot of things that my family and friends will be/have been missing out on.  To keep them updated, I have started a new blog called Rainy Days and Pajamas.  It's more of a lifestyle/mommy blog, but I still do reviews on products, books, etc.  Instead of going back and forth between these two blogs, and since I haven't been reading/updating as much, I have decided to combine everything into one blog.  As of now, I will be transferring all my reviews and any other content I feel the need to save to Rainy Days and Pajamas.  

Once everything is transferred, I will be shutting down Starcrossed Reviews.

All of my reading, writing, events, giveaways etc. will now be posted on the new blog.  If you feel so inclined, please come follow me there, sign up for updates in your email, whatever you like.  I'd love to see you there and your support would be very much appreciated.

REVIEW:

I've always loved erotica and the sexuality that lay between the pages.  I've always been a sucker for Harlequin books and contemporary romance.  I do admit that there have always been certain types of erotica that I usually stayed away from.  BDSM was always one of those.  After reading Fifty Shades of Grey, however, I've found myself searching out any book like it.

Taking Instruction was a short read and served it's purpose.  I enjoyed the book and only had a couple of problems with it.

Overall, the book was pretty well written and I enjoyed the short read.  I wasn't too fond of the ending though, as it seemed too quick and happily-ever-after-esque.  I do think fans of BDSM erotica will enjoy Taking Instruction and should give it a chance.
